How to Order
Inkay Furniture wants to always provide services that are as easy as possible in the online ordering process, the convenience and trust of buyers are the most important aspects for running our business. Here we inform you how to order :
HOW TO ORDER
Orders can be made by phone or whatsapp or email to us
Inform us of the product ordered for us to calculate the product price and delivery
If the product you ordered is custom made furniture, please send us the model you want for us to study, and it would be better if you have a working drawing or we design it first with our team.
After an order is agreed, we will then send you a Proforma Invoice and order details
PRODUCTION PROCESS
We will start working on the goods after we receive a deposit of at least 50% of the total shopping (or by mutual agreement)
The process of working on made-to-order furniture is approximately 2-4 weeks depending on the level of difficulty and the number of items, we will update every day via whatsapp chat and email
Payment is made when the goods are packed and ready to be sent via an expedition service
PAYMENT

DELIVERY OF GOODS
We will send the goods through the expedition truck service bureau that has collaborated with us
Delivery for Jabodetabek area is approximately 1-2 days
Delivery of goods for outside Java is approximately 5-7 days or situational
We will choose an experienced shipping agent for international LCL or FCL shipments
