1. The furniture we sell is made by order, meaning that we produce new goods if there is an order, except for some products that are ready stock

2. Prices listed do not include shipping costs unless the result of an agreement

3. Prices can change at any time due to the updating process

4. During the production process, we will send photos of the process as proof that the goods are really working.

5. Canceling the order before the goods are processed, we will refund 100% of the money

6. Cancellations cannot be made after the production process has been carried out

PRODUCT WARRANTY

1. The guarantee is valid for 30 days from the time the item is received

2. The warranty covers construction damage due to carpentry errors, not due to external factors such as termites, discoloration due to weather, faded upholstery due to washing and others.

3. The warranty does not include the cost of picking up goods and shipping

4. Things that have not been mentioned can be negotiated based on mutual agreement

1. Serving custom made furniture, namely designs that you make yourself and we also serve discussions about furniture products

2. We are willing to visit your location if you are asked to measure the place or room to adjust the furniture ordered. The cost of transportation is fully borne by the prospective buyer.
